The weeks we spent together gave me strength. It was great that we came together for the process. The online meetings gave me structure, the Telegram group gave me impetus and the emails and tasks challenged and encouraged me. The mixture of individual experiences and being connected in them was good. I already miss our circle ⭕️ in the last few weeks. The mentoring gave me wonderful breaks. The composition of the exercises, the impulses, the suggestions you gave us, Verena, were very finely tuned: empowering.sensual.reflecting.connecting.creative.deep.joyful.holistic. It's great that you put together your own material, the videos, audios and texts. And how your personal path shines through.

The topic of sexuality and desire has been brought out of a dusty and dark box through mentoring and is finally free to express itself. I've been writing poetry for a while now, and I notice here, too, that everything flows more freely than before. I also notice in the sexual context how I am more confident with my needs and no longer ashamed of them. Also, I no longer see sex as a mere means to orgasm but enjoy from the first to the last touch and the orgasm is then just "the cherry" on top. ☺️

There was a shift in perception that changed everything for me. Verena has the gift to convey in a light and playful way while remaining professional. You can feel the respect for this sacred and for many also delicate subject and also the vulnerability to deal with it or talk about it is recognized and seen.

This course is so helpful for us women. Within a very short time, your awareness of your own body, your own sexuality and your deeply hidden beliefs about everything to do with female sexuality can change in a fundamentally positive way. Everything changes with this mentoring, sexual and everyday life become more authentic and lively, more honest, more life-affirming, more joyful, fresher, more harmonious, more enjoyable, happier, more realistic, more goal-oriented, fuller, infinitely more honest.
